Well.. the temperatures on the injector pump are even lower than in the filter coils. I've started constructing a heater using nichrome wire that will slip between the filter and the coolant coils.

But first...

I decided to try insulating things. I bought a $3.95 piece of pipe insulation at Home Depot. My installation has a hose that's about 4' long going from where I Tee'd into the heater hoses at the firewall over to the VO filter. I insulated that entire piece. I also stuffed a roll of neoprene around the top of the copper coil, and I covered the whole VO filter/valve assembly with a piece of foam rubber to help insulate and prevent through airflow.

I haven't had the laptop and gone driving to actually measure the temperatures since I've done this, but I'll post the report when I have it.
