Here's the Basic Stamp microcontroller that I'm  working 
with to control the VO valves.  The grey wires coming in
from the left go to an AD590 temperature sensor that is
embedded in the copper coils that go around the grease
filter.  The small black cable on the right is power, and 
the larger cable on the right connects to a laptop so I
can see what's going on real time as I develop the thing.<br>

In this picture, the red and yellow LED's on the right are
the LED's that will go behind my dashboard button.  The 
red and green LED's on the left are simulating the valves -- 
I've been driving around in this mode to monitor what 
the program *would* do if I had it connected to the valves.
